Contact us to arrange a free site visit. We’ll talk about your new build or renovation, finding out your priorities and goals. Our builder will discuss the next steps if you wish to move forward.

Plans & quote
Taking into account your priorities and ideas, we’ll arrange for our draftsperson to visit your site to draft your preliminary plans. Once these are finalised we can prepare an initial quote based on your plans. If you already have plans, reach out to our team to get your quote underway.

Contract, engineering & approvals
Once you have approved your budget, we can move forward with your construction and engineering plans. At this stage we can provide an accurate, fixed-price quote and prepare the building contract.

Build
This is where your new home comes to life. Our builder will be on site during your entire build, this ensures unmatched quality. We don’t employ site supervisors. Our team manages the entire process ensuring your build is stress-free. All you have to worry about is getting ready to move into your new home!
